The Cytek Borealis: Next-Generation Full Spectrum Imaging Flow Cytometer

The Cytek Borealis is a next-generation platform that integrates full spectrum flow cytometry with cellular imaging capabilities in a single system. The platform expands the possibilities of high-parameter flow cytometry through enhanced sensitivity, expanded spectral coverage, and emerging imaging capabilities. This seminar will introduce the platform's seven-laser architecture, new deep UV and infrared fluorochromes, and advanced small-particle detection, highlighting opportunities to increase panel flexibility and support complex research applications. Representative data will illustrate high parameter immunophenotyping and transfer of existing Aurora panels, alongside a preview of imaging capabilities currently in development that aim to connect cellular morphology with spectral measurements. By incorporating evolving imaging capabilities alongside spectral detection, the Cytek Borealis platform provides a comprehensive view of cellular behavior and structure.
