Peruvian food, music and traditional dance come together for a two-day cultural festival at the Senator Gwen Margolis Amphitheater in North Miami Beach. Returning Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15, the annual PeruFest USA celebrates Peruvian gastronomy and culture through food, live entertainment and artisan vendors. Festival offerings include dishes such as ceviche and lomo saltado, along with Pisco Sour cocktails and other Peruvian specialties. The weekend also features live music, folkloric dance performances and displays of Peruvian art and textiles. Chefs, performers and vendors from across the community take part in the festival, offering visitors an introduction to Peru’s culinary traditions and cultural heritage.
