Parents Growing Together Support Group

Parenting can be deeply rewarding—and at times, challenging and overwhelming. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Join us for a virtual Parent Support Group, a welcoming space to be heard, supported, and connected with other parents who understand the joys and complexities of raising children. Together, we will draw upon our own strengths, learn from one another’s experiences, and cultivate a more mindful approach to parenting—creating opportunities for connection, growth, healing, and resilience within ourselves, our families, and our community. The group is facilitated by a professional clinician and educator. Sessions begin on 9/11. Come as you are. Share, listen, connect, and grow. The group meets the 2nd Friday of every month via Zoom.
