Vendor Registration Bootcamp Please bring the following information on a flash drive to participate in the event: • Company's name, address, email, and contact person. • Local business tax receipt if company physical address is in Miami-Dade County. • Certificate of Corporation. • Signed and dated W-9 Form (Rev.3-2024). • Any preprinted IRS form issued by the IRS identifying your business name and EIN. Bring your laptop, as a limited number of laptops may be available at the library. The Miami-Dade County Strategic Procurement Department will present the Vendor Registration Bootcamp. The Bootcamp is an in-person open forum where new and experienced local entrepreneurs can learn how to access the Procurement Department's eSupplier Portal and become a county vendor. You are invited to bring your own laptop computer and log into the eSupplier portal as the Procurement Department staff walks you through the registration process, step-by-step. During the bootcamp, small and local businesses will create their own profile in the portal so that they can compete for Miami-Dade County Contracts once they are registered as bidders.
