Life Time Miami Marathon and Half

Miami’s biggest endurance event of the year returns January 31, 2027, with the Life Time Miami Marathon & Half. Nearly 20,000 runners from all 50 states and more than 80 countries will descend upon Greater Miami & Miami Beach to race in both the 26.2-mile marathon and 13.1-mile half marathon. With a flat, USTAF-certified course that winds its way through the destination’s most scenic neighborhoods, the Life Time Miami Marathon & Half has become one of the top races on the international circuit. The Racecourse Runners participating in the marathon and half marathon start together in Downtown Miami in front of the Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat. Runners traverse the MacArthur Causeway past PortMiami to Miami Beach and up Ocean Drive before looping back to Downtown Miami across the scenic Venetian Causeway. As the half marathoners peel off and race for the finish line at Bayfront Park, the marathoners continue their route south through Brickell, running partway up the Rickenbacker Causeway toward Key Biscayne before continuing into Coconut Grove and then looping back to Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami for the big finish.
