Law and Morality in the Line of Duty: A Conversation with Two IDF Soldiers Who Fought on October 7th, 2023

Join the Jewish Comparative Law Society for a lunchtime conversation with Dor Yifrach and Saar Arie, two Israeli soldiers wounded in combat, who are visiting campus as part of the Belev Echad tour. They will share what it was like to serve in a legal and moral framework of duty, how they recovered from serious injuries, and what rebuilding a life afterward demands. The conversation will touch on military service, disability and accessibility, and the rights of injured veterans. Lunch will be served.
