Key Biscayne Lighthouse Run

A scenic 5K and 10K start and finish near the Cape Florida Lighthouse, taking runners through Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park and the streets of Key Biscayne. The 49th annual Key Biscayne Lighthouse Run takes place Saturday, November 14, with the 10K starting at 7:40 a.m. and the 5K run/walk at 7:50 a.m. Both courses include marked miles and water stations, and all finishers receive a medal. A post-race gathering features food, water, music, adult beverages and complimentary massages for runners. Net proceeds from the event support local schools, youth organizations, scholarships and other charitable programs. Registration is $40 and must be completed in advance; there is no race-day registration. Park admission is waived for participants, but the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park entrance closes at 7:15 a.m. on race morning.
