In Session with Chef Michael Schwartz - Mexico

Chef Michael Schwartz returns to the kitchen for an intimate dinner centered on Mexico at Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink in the Miami Design District. Held Thursday, October 29, the evening concludes his limited fall In Session series, with Schwartz personally creating, cooking and hosting the menu for a small group of guests. Beverage Director and Sommelier Amanda Fraga complements the dinner with wine pairings, cocktails and other selections designed around the menu. Two seatings are offered, at 6 and 8:30 p.m., with tickets priced at $200 per person. A Design District fixture since 2007, Michael’s Genuine is the flagship restaurant of James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz, known for ingredient-driven contemporary American cooking with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. The restaurant has also earned repeated Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition.
