Full Moon Yoga with Papa Guru

Yoga, sound meditation and live music come together for a monthly full moon gathering at InterContinental Miami. Full Moon Yoga with Papa Guru takes place on select evenings from June through November, offering a wellness-focused program with movement, cacao, sound healing, DJ music and local vendors. Presented by Nicolay Del Salto, known as Papa Guru, the series is designed as an evening reset centered on yoga, breath, sound and community. Each event runs from 7 to 10 p.m., with upcoming dates scheduled for: • Tuesday, June 30 • Thursday, July 30 • Friday, August 28 • Saturday, September 26 • Tuesday, October 27 • Tuesday, November 24 Programming includes full moon yoga, sound meditation with gongs and crystal bowls, a cacao ceremony, live performances and music by DJ TechnoYogi. Sound healing is led by Richard Brookens, whose sessions use voice, crystal bowls and gongs to create a meditative listening experience. The gathering also features vendors offering wellness-oriented products and community experiences. InterContinental Miami provides the downtown setting for the series, which combines yoga practice with music, sound and full moon observance.
