Families can explore works in the Lowe Art Museum’s galleries and turn what they observe into their own hands-on art projects. The Family Art Workshop takes place on select Saturdays, September 19, October 24, November 14 and December 12, at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, inviting children and adults to look closely at art through themes of emotion, identity and relationships. The one-hour program combines guided gallery exploration with creative artmaking designed to encourage intergenerational conversation, self-expression and social-emotional learning.
