Embodied Gratitude Breathwork & Sound Journey

Yogic breathing, active breathwork and sound provide the structure for a gratitude-focused session at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. Led by Franci, Embodied Gratitude Breathwork & Sound Journey takes place Saturday, November 14. The practice begins seated with yogic breathing exercises before transitioning to active breathwork while lying down. A closing sound journey offers time for listening and reflection. The session approaches gratitude as a way to acknowledge difficulty while recognizing sources of support. Admission is $80 and includes access to the indoor baths afterward.
