Dinner hosted by Stefano Secchi and Salvatore Martone

Two acclaimed Italian chefs come together high above Miami for an evening devoted to the craft, traditions, and extraordinary regional diversity of Italian cooking. Stefano Secchi joins Salvatore Martone at Seia Miami for an intimate SOBEWFF® dinner where handmade pasta, exceptional ingredients, and serious Italian pedigree meet one of Brickell’s most spectacular settings. Secchi, chef and partner of New York City’s celebrated Rezdôra and Massara, has dedicated his career to mastering the regional cuisines of Italy. He spent years in Modena honing his craft at Massimo Bottura’s world-renowned Osteria Francescana and learning the art of handmade pasta before bringing those traditions to New York. At Rezdôra, his devotion to the cuisine of Emilia-Romagna earned the restaurant a MICHELIN Star from 2021 through 2025 and a three-star review from The New York Times.
