Some dinners follow the rules. This one takes a more scenic route. Join Ian Kittichai and Paul Qui at Pao by Qui for an evening where the flavors of Thailand meet the chefs’ distinctly global points of view. Born and raised in Bangkok, Kittichai brings a deep connection to Thai cooking, shaped by both tradition and his years spent cooking around the world. Qui, the James Beard Award-winning chef and Top Chef Season 9 winner, brings his own multicultural approach to the table, with influences spanning Filipino, Japanese, Spanish, and French cuisine. For SOBEWFF®, the two chefs will join forces for a dinner that moves freely between cultures, techniques, and flavors, with Pao by Qui as the backdrop. Expect bold bites, unexpected turns, and a menu that is difficult to put in a box, which is exactly the point. A passport might not be required, but an appetite definitely is.
