Mexican cuisine takes center stage when acclaimed chef, author and television personality Aarón Sánchez joins The Mexican Miami Executive Chef Santiago Hiriart for an intimate SOBEWFF® dinner celebrating the flavors, traditions and hospitality of Mexico. A longtime Festival favorite and familiar face from MasterChef and Food Network, Sánchez has spent his career championing Mexican cuisine and the generations of cooks, ingredients and traditions behind it. His cooking is deeply personal, rooted in heritage but never afraid to evolve. For this special collaboration, Sánchez joins Hiriart, whose work at The Mexican Miami brings an elevated, contemporary approach to the cuisine. Together, the two chefs will create a multi-course menu that explores Mexico through their distinct perspectives, balancing tradition with modern technique and plenty of personality.
