Chef's Ceviche Class at Matador Room

Hands-on instruction in ceviche preparation anchors an afternoon cooking class on Matador Terrace at The Miami Beach EDITION. Held Sunday, October 25, the 21-and-over session guides participants through seasoning, ingredient selection and preparation techniques while working with the restaurant’s culinary team. The class takes place outdoors amid the terrace’s bougainvillea and views of the hotel’s pool and landscaped grounds. Participants may also receive 15% off dinner at Matador Room afterward, where the menu draws on Spanish, Caribbean, Latin and Southern American influences under chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
