Candlelight: Tribute to Juan Gabriel on Strings

Juan Gabriel’s ballads and pop classics are reimagined for string quartet in a candlelit concert at the Scottish Rite Temple in Miami. Held Friday, December 11, the 60-minute tribute features Collins Quartet performing instrumental arrangements of songs spanning the Mexican singer-songwriter’s career. The tentative program includes “Querida,” “Amor Eterno,” “Así Fue,” “Abrázame Muy Fuerte,” “Hasta Que Te Conocí,” “El Noa Noa” and “No Tengo Dinero,” along with other favorites from Juan Gabriel’s catalog. The concert is open to guests ages 8 and older, with anyone under 16 required to attend with an adult. Late entry is not permitted once the performance begins, and the venue is not accessible.
