Candlelight Open Air: Tribute to Sinéad O'Connor

Sinéad O’Connor’s catalog is reimagined for string quartet in an open-air candlelit performance at Pinecrest Gardens. Presented Friday, January 15 by Fever, the 60-minute tribute features the Listeso String Quartet performing arrangements of songs spanning O’Connor’s career. The tentative program includes “Mandinka,” “Troy,” “Fire on Babylon,” “Black Boys on Mopeds,” “The Emperor’s New Clothes” and “Nothing Compares 2 U,” among other selections. The outdoor setting pairs the music with the Candlelight series’ signature illuminated atmosphere. The concert is open to guests ages 8 and older, with attendees under 16 required to be accompanied by an adult. Pinecrest Gardens is ADA accessible, and late entry is not permitted once the performance begins.
