The 3rd Festival de Bomba y Plena is a free cultural event celebrating Afro-Puerto Rican heritage through music, dance, and community engagement. Taking place on October 25, 2026, at the Miami Beach Bandshell, the festival will feature performances by D’Pleneros, Los Capullitos de Alelí, JACAREO, and Miamibloco, along with an open bombazo inviting audience participation and community connection. Produced by Afro Borinken Roots Performing Group, Inc., the festival showcases the rich traditions of bomba and plena while creating opportunities for artists, cultural practitioners, artisans, and local businesses. Attendees will enjoy live music, traditional dance, cultural demonstrations, artisan vendors, and family-friendly programming in a vibrant celebration of Puerto Rican culture. Since its launch in 2024, the festival has welcomed more than 1,000 attendees annually and continues to grow as one of South Florida’s premier celebrations of Afro-Puerto Rican traditions. © RADskillZ 2024 @iamradskillz
